LineageLens is self-hosted. The data the product captures — your prompts and source code — never reaches us. This policy covers the limited data the marketing site and accounts use.

Product data stays with you

Every tier of LineageLens — Base, Lite, Plus, and Max — runs entirely on infrastructure you control. Provenance records (prompts, models, code, risk scores) are stored on your machine, your VPS, or your VPC. We never receive, transmit, or store your product data. There is no LineageLens cloud.

What the website collects

The marketing site collects only what’s needed to operate:

Account data — if you sign in, our auth provider (Clerk) stores your email and authentication state.
Form submissions — request-access and feedback forms are processed by Formspree and emailed to us.
Basic analytics — aggregate, non-identifying page metrics to understand traffic.

Sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We use a small set of subprocessors strictly to run the site: Clerk (authentication), Formspree (form handling), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only what their function requires.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any account or form data we hold. Email us and we’ll respond promptly. Because product data never leaves your infrastructure, you control its lifecycle entirely.
